• 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all portrait sessions & all events • 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all weddings • Retainer must be paid at the time of booking • ALL retainers are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE • Non-refundable retainer goes towards your total cost • Remaining balance due 24 hours before your session • All monthly specials have to be paid in full • Sales tax is included in every final price

• Indoor Studio (local photography studio) • Onsite Location (home, indoor venue, other studios, any indoor location) • Outdoor (Any outdoor location of your choice) • Destination (leaving the state)

• Special Moments by Miata requires a free 30 minute consultation with every new and returning client prior to booking. ​ • We ask that you try to book your consultation at least 2 weeks out to give time to prep for your session or event ​ • Our Consultation will discuss the following in detail: • Type of session • Vision/Ideas • Duration • Turn around time • Location • Pricing • Special requests • Necessary props • Add-ons • Any additional questions or concerns

• All images will include basic editing (Blemish removal, hair touchup, background touchup) ​ • Please book your session far enough in advance to not be charged an expedited editing turnaround fee​ • ​​​No Expedited Fee Applied • Session Date: March 8 • Need images by: March 18​ ​​​ • Expedited Fee Applied • Session Date: March 8 • Need images by: March 10 ​ • ​Portrait Sessions • 7 to 10 day turnaround time (Included) • 3 to 6 day turnaround time ($75.00 fee) • 24 to 48 hour turnaround time ($125.00 fee) ​ • Events • 3 to 5 day turnaround time (Included) • 24 to 48 hour turnaround time ($125.00 fee) ​ • Weddings • 4 week turnaround time (Included) • 2 week turnaround time ($125.00 fee)

• Please arrive photoshoot ready. Additional time will not be added to your session without being paid for. ​​​​ • You have a grace period of 15 minutes If you have contacted Special Moments by Miata about your tardiness. ​ • If you are 15+ minutes late for your allotted shoot time, you will be assessed a late fee of $25.00. You will be sent an invoice for this fee after your session. It must be paid in order for your photos to be released to you. ​ • Be mindful that your shoot may not be the only one that day. ​ • Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lack of punctuality. ​ • If there isn't a client after you and time permits, you are able to pay for additional time starting at $75.00 per hour. ​ • If you are more than 20 minutes late for your allotted shoot time, your appointment will be canceled, and you will have to pay a new non-refundable retainer to reschedule.

• Appointments can be canceled through your confirmation email within 72 hours of your booked session. ​ • Appointments canceled, for any reason, in less than 72 hours of your session will be charged 50% of your remaining balance. ​​ • IF A NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION, your card will be charged the remaining balance and you will be blocked from booking with Special Moments by Miata

• You are allowed to reschedule ONCE at no additional cost if a 72 hour notice has been given. ​ • Rebooking can be done through your confirmation email within 72 hours of your session. ​ • There is a mandatory reschedule/inconvenience fee of $50.00 to reschedule your shoot if less than 72hrs of your allotted shoot time. ​ • The inconvenience fee plus your invoice needs to be paid before the session can be rebooked.

• SELECTION PROCESS​​​​ • You will receive your final images via an online digital gallery link • Within 48 hours you will receive a gallery link to choose your unedited allotted number of images for your session • All images will have my watermark logo on them • Once you have selected your images I will need to be notified so I can begin the editing process. • If you would like more than your allotted number of images edited, you will be able to purchase additional images at $5.00 each. • You also have the option to purchase the entire gallery for $100.00​​ ​​​​ • FINAL IMAGES​ • There is a download full gallery option in the menu to download all of your final images once your gallery is complete • DO NOT screenshot any of your final images! It will diminish the quality. DOWNLOAD HIGH RESOLUTION ONLY!!! • We offer a custom flash drive with your final images for $15.00 each so you will always have access to your images ​ • ONLINE GALLERY EXPIRATION • All online galleries remain available for download for 14 DAYS ONLY • After 14 days your gallery will no longer be available. • There will be a $75.00 fee for your images to be re-uploaded online. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• I DO NOT provide raw (unedited images) • I only want my clients to receive my best work. Unedited images do not show my best. A big part of my brand is my editing style and I would hate for future clients to see raw ( unedited images) and get the wrong impression of my business.

• Studio space is limited, so only 1 additional guest is allowed to attend your studio session unless they are in the photos. • If for any reason you have to bring more than 1 guest, please contact me prior to your session.

• Location from Covington, GA • Up to 30 Miles (Included) • 31-50 Miles ($40.00 Fee) • 51-70 Miles ($60.00 Fee) • 71-99 Miles ($80.00 Fee) • 100+ Miles ($100.00 Fee)
